The Business Systems Analyst – UKG Kronos is responsible for supporting, configuring, and maintaining workforce management (WFM) systems within the organization. This role focuses on assisting with system configuration, troubleshooting time clock issues, supporting integrations, and ensuring smooth operation of UKG Kronos modules. The position works closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, and IT groups to improve workforce processes, support system enhancements, and maintain reliable ERP system operations.

Primary Skill

  • Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of UKG Kronos modules (WFM).
  • Work on time clocks, troubleshoot clock issues, install new clocks, upgrade and maintain clocks.
  • Willingness to work with varied ERP stakeholders including Operations, Schedulers, Supervisors, Backoffice etc.
  • Work experience handling O&M work like Access Requests, Incidents, Requests, Enhancements, Projects.
  • Support data migration, integration, and reporting activities.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Document technical specifications, configuration steps, SOPs and user guides.

Secondary Skill

  • Knowledge on Payroll processing.
  • Contribute to UKG Bi-Annual Upgrades.
  • Learn and work on core ERP applications like Workday and Infor CloudSuite.
  • Troubleshoot integrations and reports as needed.

  • SQL Querying Knowledge.
